Project planning and design

We are happy to support your construction project with the necessary planning and consulting services from the initial concept right through to expert acceptance. Taking into account the requirements of the LST, we also look at your existing operational and technical environment and find the best possible solutions for you.

In addition to the implementation and creation of pure PT1 planning services, we also offer you project planning or the creation of individual partial services (e.g. cable system planning, fibre optic network planning) as well as the cross-trade planning of e.g. underground cable systems.

In addition to the planning of LST systems, we also offer you the planning of 50 Hz technology. We plan and design everything from "simple" power supply systems and the installation of 1,000 V networks to your PLC-controlled point heating system.

Our own PLC-controlled point heating system "Scalance" can be customised exactly to your requirements. For example, you can use it to switch your point heating systems on and off according to time and demand. This reduces your electricity requirements and therefore your costs for maintaining the point heating system. Our point heating system also enables remote access via tablet / smartphone or can be connected to your existing operating level. The "Scalance" system can be connected or expanded with other - also existing - systems (e.g. lighting system, electricians, alarm systems, etc.).

We employ specialist engineers from the fields of railway safety engineering and electrical engineering.
Project planning is based on all applicable regulations and DB AG guidelines. For construction projects beyond the federal borders, the current country-specific European railway regulations are applied.

Assembly

We provide all installation services in the field of railway signalling and 50 Hz technology under the special requirements that railway operations entail. Our range of services includes the professional realisation of new construction, conversion, dismantling, maintenance and repair of safety systems, earthing systems and 50 Hz technology.

Switch cabinet and module construction

In our own production facility, we ensure the effective and standard-compliant construction of control cabinets, control boxes and terminal boxes and their wiring.

In addition to building control cabinets, we also assemble and wire complete signals for various manufacturers or pre-installed control points for railway operations. Due to the available space, we can assemble signals including masts and working platforms in our workshop, pre-test them, prepare them for dispatch, store them temporarily and dispatch them to the construction site on time.

Signalling and steel construction

In addition to the planning and installation of systems in the field of traffic safety technology, we also supply you with all the necessary steel structures. We supply series production as well as project-specific customised products that are precisely tailored to your wishes and specifications. We work according to specified design drawings or support you in their creation. We are supported by several reliable regional companies.
